- Print — a reproduction of the original painting, printed in a limited number of copies.
- Custom Order — a work created according to the client’s personal request and preferences.
Order Placement:
- The client selects a ready-made painting or print, or places an order for a custom work.
- To place an order, the client must fill out the form on the website or contact the artist using the provided contact details.
- After placing the order, the artist and the client agree on the details: deadlines, cost, scope of work, and other important matters.
Pricing:
- The price for ready-made paintings and prints is indicated on the website.
- The cost of custom orders depends on the complexity, size, and requirements of the client.
Payment:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve the painting.
- The remaining amount is paid before shipment.
- Payment methods: bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.
Shipping:
- Shipping is carried out only after full payment.
- Shipping is discussed individually, depending on the client’s location.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of the painting.
- The artist is not responsible for postal delays or customs duties in the client’s country.
- If the painting is damaged during shipping, the client must notify the artist within 24 hours of receipt.
Copyright:
- All copyrights remain with the artist.
- The client has no right to:
  - Use the image for commercial purposes.
  - Reproduce or print copies of the painting without the artist’s consent.
  - Transfer the rights to the painting to third parties without prior agreement.
- The client is allowed to publish photos of the painting on social media with proper attribution.
- In the case of a custom order, specific terms of use for the image may be agreed upon.
Certificate of Authenticity:
- Each original painting comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming its uniqueness.
- Prints also come with a certificate confirming that it is an official print of the artist’s work.

- Artist’s rights:
  - Retain copyright over completed works.
  - Set prices and execution deadlines.
- Client’s obligations:
  - Clearly formulate the order.
  - Pay for the work and shipping on time.
  - Respect the artist’s copyright.
- Client’s rights:
  - Receive the completed work according to the terms of the agreement.
  - Request corrections within the agreed terms.
Legal Validity of the Agreement:
- Placing the order and making the deposit automatically means that the client agrees to these terms.
